With over fifteen years of professional experience in photography, Mark understands the unique challenges that Annual Reports present. Projects Mark has worked on regularly involve challenges such as five minute time windows, the need to shoot multiple types of photography on one project, and making the best use of unpredictable locations. For instance, one four day AR last year involved one day of traditional corporate images, one day of architecture, one day of still life, and one day of fashion photography for a department store Annual Report. It also required coordinating talent and crew half way across the country, and a casting only two days before the shoot. Although Mark is based in Los Angeles, California (Orange County is also considered local), Mark travels all over the nation for these projects. Annual Reports commonly take him to San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, and even New York. Travel to Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Texas and just about anywhere else in the country can be easily arranged. The most relevant work can generally be found on the corporate, advertising and editorial web pages. |

Los Angeles and Orange County photographer Mark Robert Halper specializes in film and digital people, portrait, still life, product, corporate, architectural, black and white, and color photography for Annual Reports.
It takes more than just a good photographer to shoot an annual report. Excellent images are only the first requirement. The photographer you select should not only be able to comprehend your brand, but be able to reflect your corporation's message in a consistent visual style across what is often a broad range of photography that appears in a single annual report. The challenge is to be able to vary the style of the photography year after year while still staying on message and being consistent to the brand of the company. When doing executive portraits for an annual report the photographer needs to both be able to craft an outstanding image each and every time, but also to be able to set up and create that photo so that when the subject arrives the process is both simple and quick. The best photographers often take the least amount of time with their subjects, especially in the corporate world.
Professional annual report photographers are adept at making and managing travel arrangements, and understand the need to allow for the unexpected when creating and managing a schedule. They manage your company's budget in the same way they would spend their own money; with care, forethought and intelligence. Good photographers have a backup of every kind.
With over fifteen
years of professional experience as a corporate photographer, Mark Robert
Halper Photography is eminently qualified and capable of not only creating
outstanding images for your annual report, but of translating your brand into
a visual message with a consistent vision throughout your entire book. He
also understands the practical and business needs inherent in creating corporate
pieces and annual reports and brings the practical and professional skills
with him as well.
Please contact us if you need a professional digital commercial photographer
in Los Angeles or Orange County, California, or if you need photographers
to travel to any other location outside of Southern California , please call
Mark to discuss the project. Mark is one of the predominant and most respected
Annual Report Photographers.
Most images that are appropriate to an annual report are also appropriate to many other types of corporate and business photography, as well as advertising in many instances. Mark is unusually adept at photographing not only in a range of visual styles, but has experience as a portrait, lifestyle, still life. product, and architectural (both interiors and exteriors) photography. Mark is especially good at conceptualizing a stylistic approach that can be consistent throughout the project based both on the needs of the project and on the most advantageous way to deal with the specific subject matter that will be photographed.
