The Fine Print: In some cases there may be charitable donations associated with a session, in those cases the full amount of the special charity priced "portrait creation fee" will be included in a donation made by "Mark Robert Halper Limited" to the named moralization. The donation will be made in the same calendar year as your photo session as part of a larger donation. The" portrait creation fee" refers to the cost of photographic services provided at the photographer's Los Angeles studio, although it is possible to shoot on location with the addition of the appropriate location costs and fees. The cost of prints, frames, retouching, optional location fees and costs, makeup, and other related costs are not considered part of the creation fee. The special charity priced portrait creation fee is less than the regular portrait creation fee, and is available only on weekends or weekday evenings. Any third party credit card or Paypal processing fees will be deducted from the creative fee for purposes of establishing the donation amount. The images on this page represent a variety of Mark's photography, including celebrity photography, family photography, portrait studio photography, and photography created for other purposes. The images on this site are meant as examples of Mark's work, and may not in all cases be indicative of your particular portrait session, as each portrait is unique in design and circumstance. We reserve the right to donate other portrait sessions directly to other organizations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the charity to a similar institution if we deem it necessary (although we do guarantee a charitable donation), although we think that this would extremely unlikely since we work with well established and credible organizations. These offers would not include any commercial usage or publication, reproduction rights (including the right to use the image online), or digital files, and is solely intended to apply to family, individual, maternity, couple, and engagement portraits for personal use. There may be a minimum print purchase that is not included in the portrait creation fee. Client must be available to come back to the portrait studio to select their image in a formal portrait presentation. All prints must be purchased directly through Mark Robert Halper Limited. This is a creative service, and as such we reserve the right to book only those shoots where we believe that we can create work of a high quality and standard. Prices and offer subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time prior to booking.
