Following the wildly successful Los Olivos Meandering Gallery, many of the Sunlight and Water prints remain on exhibition throughout the Santa Barbara region, and into the Los Angeles area.

A precursor to the meandering Gallery, this well regarded combination gastro bistro and fine dining restaurant features the complete collection of images from the first of Mr. Halper's four excursions to wine country to create the Sunlight and Water imagery.
Hours at these locations can vary, and due to the evolving nature of the region it is always helpful to confirm that the exhibitions are available for viewing prior to going to any of these venues.
The Los Olivos Meandering Gallery
August 14, 2010 to February 15, 2011
Sunlight and Water transformed eight tasting rooms, a restaurant, and a hotel downtown Los Olivos, California into a Meandering Gallery experience showcasing Mark Robert Halper's portraits of Santa Barbara County winemakers.
The Los Olivos Meandering Gallery is best understood as a conceptual gallery. Mr. Halper's 110 winemaker portraits are distributed amongst these ten locations (all within very easy walking distance of each other), and meant to be experienced as part of a day spent wine tasting, eating, and enjoying the intimate town of Los Olivos. The venues are all open to the public and welcome visitors.
